Why Mix?
Gin has evolved. It is, in it's current incarnation, a complex spirit that can be enjoyed neat, or add layers to cocktails in new and exciting ways. Here are a few of our favourite ones.
AMARIMIXOLOGY
Two Parts A Mari Ocean Gin
One part Campari
0.5 part Red vermouth
Splash of Orange bitters
Shake over Ice
Garnish: A sliver of flamed orange rind
THE A MARI NEGRONI
The classic.
Two parts A Mari Ocean Gin
Three parts Tonic
(we love Fever Tree Mediterranean)
Ice
Garnish: Ruby Grapefruit and a sprig of Thyme
MARI G&T

Two Parts A Mari
One part tonic
One part cold brew coffee- we use green Rwandan coffee from Village Coffee
Cold steep the coffee for 24 hours
Shake the coffee and gin over ice
Top up with tonic
Garnish with Cocoa
Have for breakfast
