A MARI NEGRONI- A CLASSIC
The story goes the Negroni was invented by Count Camillo Negroni who, being a baller, wanted to strengthen his to strengthen his favorite cocktail, the Americano, by adding gin rather than the normal soda water.
INGREDIENTS

1 oz. A Mari Ocean GIn

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. vermouth rosso

cocktail glass
-

Add the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.

Shake well with cracked ice.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel.


Mariposa means butterfly in Spanish. It's our variation on the classic Bee's Knees.
We chose this name because this is a light and summery cocktail, full of the joys of summer. Garnish with flowers and enjoy in the sunshine!
Recipe
In a shaker full of ice, mix:
2 tots A Mari Atlantic Ocean gin
3/4 tot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tblsps Fynbos honey
Garnish: fresh flowers
Glass: Martini
