Don't use frangipani as a garnish, they are toxic. Used here because, PRETTY NOT EDIBLE.

Spring is the season for dalliance, long evenings of laughter and great food, delicious drinks and happy memories. We've collected three of our fave spring drinks below:


The Peartini


To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add  A Mari Atlantic, pear liqueur ( we like Willems Birne, fresh lemon juice and a dash of cardamom bitters. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pear.




The Bloody A Mari

Yep, that staple, morning after the night before go-to. The life saving properties of spices alcohol and tomatoes, garnish with a good fry up and you're good to go.


Ingredients: 2 shots A Mari Atlantic, a 50/50 mix of tomato juice and tamarillo juice ( tree tomato, if these are in season) to which you add 2 dashes tabasco, 2tsp fresh horseradish, 2 dashes Worcester sauce, 1 pinch celery salt, 1 pinch black pepper, 1 pinch smoked paprika, 1 pinch ghost habanero.


Method: Shake, pour over ice and garnish





The Salty Pup


To two shots of A Mari Gin in a huge tumbler with lots of ice, add equal parts grapefruit juice and tonic. Garnish with a sprig of Thyme and a wedge of Pink grapefruit.
